I am Dr. Sujit Shah from Nepal. I am an applicant for the researcher position in your prestigious company. My background and skills in laboratory techniques will prove to be an effective match for your qualifications. 

I completed my Ph.D. in 2020 from the Central Department of Botany, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. The title of my thesis is “Isolation and Identification of plant growth promoting endophytic fungi from three Dendrobium species and their bioactivity”.

In this research work, I have isolated and identified beneficial as well as novel endophytic fungi and bacteria; used them in the advancement of plant tissue culture technique. With these identified fungi, protocols for mass propagation and acclimatization of the orchid species have been achieved. My basic interest is the extraction of metabolites from microorganisms in different environmental conditions and identifying the biological significance of these metabolites.

I have isolated and characterized novel microbes and studied the bioactive compounds in National Center for Cell Science, India during my PhD research work. I have hands-on experience in Molecular Biology, Metabolomics, HPLC and Gas Chromatography-Mass spectrometry data analysis.
