Data Scientist Intern at MFEC Public Company Limited (2022-01 – 2026-05)

• Segmented 5 Million loyalty customers into 5 actionable groups using MiniBatchKMeans, enabling targeted marketing strategies and replacing one-size-fits-all campaigns
• Identified 34.1% at-risk customers, providing a prioritisation framework for CRM to optimise retention budget allocation
• Built a production-ready inference pipeline to score the full customer base, extending model usability beyond the initial analysis phase
• Designed and delivered an end-to-end analytics platform (Microsoft Fabric) addressing 3 key operational issues: delivery delays, unplanned downtime, and excess inventory
• Developed predictive models including a Late Delivery classifier (AUC ≈ 0.77) and Remaining Useful Life regressor (R² ≈ 0.91) to enable proactive decision-making
• Built an executive dashboard with role-based access (RLS) for multi-level stakeholders, from operations teams to executives
• Migrated ML workloads from Cloudera Data Science Workbench (CDSW) to Cloudera AI (CAI), reducing reliance on legacy systems and improving scalability
• Ensured zero-disruption migration by validating pipeline consistency and runtime stability across environments
