Hello, my name is Suparoek Chanta. I am currently working at Symphony Communication Public Company Limited as a Managed Service Engineer.

With my experience, technical skills, and willingness to learn, I am confident that I can contribute effectively to the organization and create value for the team.
I have experience in IT Support and Cybersecurity, with responsibilities including monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure and security systems for enterprise customers. My experience covers Firewall, VPN, and Wi-Fi solutions, as well as network troubleshooting and incident resolution.
I am familiar with technologies and solutions from Fortinet, Aruba, and Palo Alto. I also have experience in analyzing technical issues, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and monitoring and responding to cybersecurity incidents. I am committed to resolving issues efficiently while ensuring reliable and secure IT operations.
