Has over 26 years of extensive Instrument Engineering Works, Construction works, Quality Construction Works, Mechanical Completion Works, SAT Loop test, Function Test, Pre-commissioning work, and Commissioning work experience and knowledge in diverse activities for Off-Shore, On Shore, Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Pharmaceutical Plant, and Petrochemical Plant, including the engineering design verification and reviews on Instrumentation Control System, DCS, PLC, SIS, ESD, F&G Systems, PAGA and SCADA systems, Field Instrument design, cause-effect (C&E), Instrument Datasheet, Instrument Process Hook-up, and Typical Installation Details and, Material Take Off, RFQ and Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE)
Engineering Work such as developing design work as a minimum with the following, specifications, requisition, datasheets, hook-up drawings, loop drawing, block diagrams, instrument list, I/O list and etc. and to ensure that all related deliverables are in compliance with the applicable codes, standards, project, and corporate requirements and procedures. Coordinate all Engineering team member’s activities and related engineering disciplines and ensure they are produced to the correct level of quality and in accordance with the contract requirements and approved project plans. Coordinate external engineering companies for Instrument engineering activities; liaison information between engineering team members, vendors, and engineering companies. Support the technical bid evaluation, and evaluate vendor quotations and specifications. Consider QA/QC Ensure that design integrity is maintained through fabrication with correct handling of site queries and proper application of QA/QC procedures.
Health, Safety & Environment Ensure continuous improvements are made to all activities with the engineering department with respect to HSE.
Construction work & Quality Control, MC Work and Commissioning work Expediting and inspection and Performs work of Instruments System and field-installation. Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities on site. Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, writes and sends to QC Manager Non-conformances reports.
Witness & Check cable laying and cable identification. Performs visual inspections, dimensional tests, Witness & checks rating and material for connection. Witness & check the pneumatic signal connection.
Checks fiber optic cable, communication cable, etc. Witness the tests, controls, and inspections carried out. Performs tests of continuity, and insulation resistance. Performs punch-listing operations.
Performs tests of functional instruments.
Participate in MC verification of equipment and packages ready for commissioning. Witness all MC Activity relating to Instrument scope joint walks down participate in punch out of offered MC Package and assist with completion of all handover documents and certification Punch out of offered MC and commissioning package. Review commissioning procedures and Perform commissioning activities during all phases to smooth and safe.
Follow up punch work in the Feld and punch list document and clearance all. Check and confirm all documents & Drawings marked up with change during commissioning.
