• NPI Phase: Collaborate with R&D and IE to design test specifications and test stations.
• Design concepts for hardware or machine test stations, based on product requirements and suitability.
• Collaborate with MRO Buyers to control detailed requirements for supplier sourcing.
• Collaborate with R&D and vendors to maximize test coverage capabilities.
• Control run phase: Create initial standards for collaboration with other departments.
• Collaborate with R&D and FA to create good & defect standards for products showing variations in the test station.
• Develop a maintenance plan to extend lifespan and prevent damage before it occurs, referencing a breakdown plan.
• Implement spare parts control based on lifespan and continuous monitoring for deterioration.
• Design maintenance plans, inspection procedures, work methods, and work sequences.
• Mass production phase: Meeting production plan and break down to plan to inspect, repair, maintain or improve the efficiency of the station
• Participate in troubleshooting and finding conclusions for lost time, RMA, OEE in related cases directly and indirectly.
• Hold daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly team meetings to update information and progress ongoing jobs.
• Select and appropriately apply production standards.
• Prepare weekly reports referencing OEE, RMA, manpower, production plans, and cost control.
• Special detail: MSA, 5Why, Control plan, Cost saving, Man power, Skill matrix, 6S, Job plan
• Priority: Eisenhower + ABCDE
• Prepare the presentation as deemed appropriate by management.

Failure analysis (PCBA for Server-related products) at Quanta computer QMB (2022-10 – 2023-08)

• Analyze and repair products to reduce scrap.
• Support production from NPI to mass production, collaborating with QA, IE, RD, and process owners for detailed data.
• Control team rework skill standards, add training to verify and develop expertise every month.
• Urgent case Notify production stop if there is a continuous recurring problem.
• Select the tools and equipment, including calibration tools, that are used by the team.
• Build a good acceptance model to minimize damage from higher-cost processes.
• Special detail: Rework skills and circuit analysis.
• Report the details of the product's root cause.
• Using electronic measuring instruments.
• Plan the repair sequence and divide the team workload to handle large volumes.
