Terisara Micaraseth

I am a Ph.D. researcher in Mechanical Engineering specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Robotics. My research focuses on the development and application of intelligent systems, with particular emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs), emotion recognition, adaptive AI technologies, and human–AI interaction. My research experience encompasses the design and development of AI-driven educational systems integrating conversational AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and interactive 3D avatars capable of generating speech and emotion-adaptive responses.

Research Intern at Kyushu Institution of Technology (2023-01 – 2023-06)

• Built a 3D simulation environment using Gazebo for testing bunker robot navigation.
• Modeled robot using URDF and integrated real-time sensor feedback (camera, LiDAR) into simulation.
