• Design and proceed for purchasing process of inhouse and outbound package for both domestic and export such as Cardboard boxes, Plastic bags, Wooden crate, Returnable boxes, Returnable racks and Pallets.
• Monitor utilization of returnable package to export distributors, domestic dealers, parts supplier and manufacturing factory.
• Inspect damaged returnable package and proceed for repairing and purchasing process to prevent packaging shortage to operation.
• Investigate and take action with 3PL and parts supplier for Logistic claims issue from domestic and export customers.
• Collaborate with procurement for supplier sourcing activity of Transportation, Warehouse operation and packaging supplier.
• Supervise, coaching and support to team member for problem solving and smooth operation.
• Set and make clear for job responsibility and KPI to team member with monitor progress toward targets for performance evaluation.

• Coordinate with all customers for packaging design and approval of new vehicle model and improvement as required.
