• Performing feasibility analysis to estimate labor, material, and period expenses.
• Cost analysis, negotiation, and preparation for contracts and tenders.
• Coordinating each department's work and the supplier.
• Determining technical drawings, engineering construction plans, and obligations under contracts.
• Taking responsible for managing preparing payment purposes, managing cash flow, monitoring relations and plans, controlling variations and revisions to orders, along with providing thorough project cost summaries and progress analyses.
• Determining quantities, establishing detailed Bills of quantities (BOQ), and offering accurate estimates and costs.
• Consider risks during the tendering process.
• Developing and contributing to master schedule planning and project cash flow planning.
• Planning and organizing the supplies and ensuring their presence are present on the construction site.
