Position : Office&QS Engineer

Performing feasibility analysis to estimate labor, material, and period expenses.
Cost analysis, negotiation, and preparation for contracts and tenders.
Coordinating each department's work and the supplier.
Determining technical drawings, engineering construction plans, and obligations under contracts.
Taking responsible for managing preparing payment purposes, managing cash flow, monitoring relations and plans, controlling variations and revisions to orders, along with providing thorough project cost summaries and progress analyses.
Determining quantities, establishing detailed Bills of quantities (BOQ), and offering accurate estimates and costs.
Consider risks during the tendering process.
Developing and contributing to master schedule planning and project cash flow planning.
Planning and organizing the supplies and ensuring their presence are present on the construction site.
