- Emergency Response & Operations: Experienced factory fire truck driver and certified first responder, fully trained in emergency mitigation and crisis control.
- Safety & Fire Systems Inspection: Skilled in auditing, testing, and maintaining industrial fire protection systems and emergency response equipment to ensure 100% operational readiness.
- Security & Plant Surveillance: Proficient in supervising security personnel (SVs) and conducting comprehensive daily safety walkthroughs to identify and eliminate workplace hazards.
- Emergency Fire Protection Systems: Hydrant, dilute valve, form tank, fire truck, Fire extinguisher, fire pump, sprinkler, FM300, fire hose, Fire cabinet, fire equipment maintenance, fire system inspection, SCBA-full facemask, Oxygen mask with bag. Conducted scheduled inspections of fire suppression systems, fire alarms, and emergency lighting systems. Verified that all equipment and systems meet the required standards and codes. - Emergency Preparedness & Drill Management: Prepared and implemented Pre-Fire Plans and Emergency Response Control Plans covering various emergency scenarios in industrial operations. Apply safety health and environmental regulation/rules for contractors. Alcohol and drug test before entry plant. Contractors EHS performance assessment.
- Security control and management: CCTV monitoring plant site, CCTV maintenance, CCTV inspection. Conduct routine patrols and monitor surveillance equipment to ensure the safety and security of premises. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, providing assistance and implementing necessary actions. Perform access control, verifying credentials and authorizations of personnel and visitors.
- PPE distribution to employee and control spec to comply with Thai and international standard and control PPE volume stock.
