• Document Preparation: Prepare and verify critical international shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists, ensuring 100% accuracy for client submission.
• Shipping Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders to submit Shipping Instructions (SI) and monitor vessel schedules.
• Vessel Tracking: Proactively track and verify Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) with shipping lines to ensure timely deliveries.
• B/L & Customs Clearance: Review Bills of Lading (B/L) and ensure the correctness of customs declaration documents for container movement; coordinate closely with internal and external parties.
• Client Support: Source and provide additional internal documentation requested by clients, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Customs Formalities: Submit and process necessary documentation for shipping clearance procedures, including invoices, container numbers, and DOF4 forms.
• Team Collaboration: Execute additional tasks and special assignments delegated by the supervisor to support overall team operations.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies, weight mismatches, or shipping errors quickly to prevent port delays and avoid additional storage charges (Demurrage/Detention).
