Wanrawee Sangkapong

I'm Wanrawee, or BaiTong. I'm a Business Development and New Product Development professional with over 15 years of experience across Thailand's Beauty, Personal Care, and Wellness industry. My background actually started in science — I trained as a biotechnology researcher — and over time I've grown into someone who leads product innovation end-to-end, from consumer insight all the way through to commercial launch.

What I enjoy most is sitting at that intersection between technical depth and commercial thinking.

I'm currently a Business Development Manager at iHERB Corporation, where I lead new product development across multiple brands — skincare and supplements — from concept through launch, while also building out new retail and international channels. Before that, I spent several years at SRICHAND United Dispensary, where I led everything from brand campaigns and celebrity partnerships to market expansion strategy, and managed a cross-functional team along the way. Earlier in my career, I worked across Product Development and R&D roles — including as an R&D Manager at Karmarts, and as a scientist doing molecular diagnostics research at Chulalongkorn University.

So across my career, I've touched nearly every stage of a product's life — from the lab bench to the retail shelf.

I hold a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Chulalongkorn University, and a Bachelor's degree in Fisheries Science from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang.
