Designed and developed the housing project from priliminary process to construction process. Reserched and analyzed the competitors’ innovation to improve and discover our new innovation. Collaborated with marketing and business development team to discuss and find out the solution to improve the best quality for our product.

Designed a strategy for Living solution project, about service for our customers to have a better living life. I responsed the strategy to find out new service and created the flow, user interface, user interview, and apps (Pending now). Lead my team around 3-4 persons.

Designed and developed the hotel and mixed-use project in develop process. Re-check all systems drawing from designers before sending to consultants. Collaborated with marketing and business development team, espectially, our joint venture “NOMURA REAL ESTATE (THAILAND) CO.,LTD” and “INTERCONTINENTAL HOTELS GROUP”
Graphic designed voucher and poster for promoting the hotel, and designed the backdrop for press conference event.
2017 TO 2019
PALMER & TURNER (THAILAND) .,LTD
Working in Mixed-use project team. Prepared architectural drawing, documents for BMA, tender drawing, for construction drawning, and detail packages, and presented design solutions to director and project’s owner. Build the visual presentation as in both 2D and 3D. Being the main point in response of RFI and RFA. Analyzed user to create circulation flow and function in the building.
