Investigated the root cause of internal corrosion in tinplate cans due to incomplete lacquer films and trapped air bubbles at the bottom seam. Optimized the lacquer spraying and curing process by adjusting solvent ratios and oven temperature profiles to eliminate trapped air bubbles and improve film continuity. Evaluated operational performance across production lines using Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) and delivered practical recommendations for product protection.
