Process-oriented with detail and analytical thinking Senior Engineer in multi-national manufacturing in electronic and technology industry for 13 years. Expertise in Failure analysis of finished goods, identify failure in hard disk drive, rectify fact and root cause, report the result, work with quality, head of engineer and process engineer for solution for the environment issues and conduct experiments to resolve hard disk drive with design team. Incorporate with Design team and Product Engineer in launching new products by in depth learning specification and production at Design Center, US.
Incorporate with Process Engineer to set up new machine station, analyze data to forecast the problem and implement processes for new product. Ability for continuous improvement in production applying the result of testing and experiments for cost control and product quality. Possess the skills of systematic process, problem-solving, reliability, exposing the new ideas, team management and simplifying the complicate issues to manageable outcome.
