I am Abdessamad Missaoui, from Tunisia. I have more than 21 years experience as Safety, Environment and Health specialist. I am organized, leader and good team player.

I have 20 years in Oil & Gas field as a QHSE specialist where I have occupied all positions (Supervisor, Advisor, Coordinator, Projects Manager then Manager). During my long experience I have worked with a Drilling Contractor (CTF, SAIPEM and ADWOC Libya), Oil & Gas Operators (ENI, OMV and San Leon Morocco)and for InternationalQHSE Services Provider such as United Safety Ltd &CanTech Solutions (working for TOTAL, REPSOL, ENI, PERENCO and CHEVERON) inseveral countries Tunisia, Congo, Algeria, Morocco, Libya and AngolaOnshore and Offshore also Development, Exploration and Well Engineering projects.

I am familiar with all international QHSE standards and regulations as well all HSSE standards and procedures (Consultant Senior HSSE Advisor for Drilling & Well Engineering Department)

I have worked on the creation, development and implementation of Safety and Environment Management System.

I am familiar with all international standards such as ISO 9001, 45001, API related to Safety, OSHA and ISO 14001 and I am familiar with the implementation of SMS as well asEMS

I have worked on several QHSE projects such as certification of SMS, EMS, integrated System and preparation of tenders and set up all the steps of project

Bachelor Degree in Oil & Gas with 2 graduate years in Mechanical Engineering
