I am a Senior Calculation Engineer with over 14 years of experience in mechanical simulation and Finite Element Analysis (FEA). I specialize in structural analysis, fatigue, crash, modal studies, and thermo‑mechanical simulations using Abaqus, ANSA, HyperMesh, MetaPost, and DesignLife. Throughout my career, I have led and executed complex mechanical calculations for automotive and industrial systems, including static and dynamic analyses, weld modeling (LAS), Fmax calculations, and vibration studies.
I also have strong expertise in meshing, material behavior, geometric validation, and optimization of simulation methods. In addition to my technical skills, I manage and coordinate engineering teams, ensure project delivery, and collaborate closely with design, testing, and manufacturing departments to validate real‑world performance. لدي أكثر من 14 سنة خبرة كمهندس حسابات ميكانيكية (Calculation / FEA Engineer) في مجال التحليل العددي والمحاكاة باستخدام Abaqus و ANSA و Metapost و DesignLife. عملت على مشاريع معقدة تشمل التحليل الساكن، الديناميكي، التعب، الحوادث، الدراسات المودالية، والتحليل الحراري‑الميكانيكي. لدي خبرة قوية في الميش المتقدم (Advanced Meshing)، تتبع لحامات LAS، حساب Fmax، وتحليل الاهتزازات. أشرفت كذلك على فريق من 8 مهندسين وضمنت جودة وتسليم المشاريع في الآجا

مهندس دولة في الهندسة électromécanique – اختصاص mécanique من الجامعة العربية للعلوم (2014). تقني سامي في الهندسة الميكانيكية – تصنيع ميكانيكي من ISET رادس (2010). دراستي مكنتني من أساسيات قوية في التحليل الإنشائي، مقاومة المواد، الديناميك، المحاكاة العددية، واستعمال أدوات التصميم والـ FEM.
