05 years of rich experience in management, teamwork and stress management within the maintenance department, outage preparation, kiln shutdown and site Supervision.
During my 05 years as a Mechanical Maintenance and Method Engineer in the Cement tunisian Company ( SECIL Group) , I have had the opportunity to : prepare all the annual kiln shutdown and do all necessary preparation (tasks,spare parts,contracts,safety rules), follow and prepare the monthly report of KPI's ( MTBF/MTTR & reliability/availability) of our production lines ( kiln /raw mill/ cement mill) and not only that , but i have had also worked as a supervisor during those annual shutdowns with specific tasks .
