Kariyerime Yazılım Geliştirici olarak başladım; şu anda HDI Fibaemeklilik’te Sistem Analisti olarak devam ediyorum. İşin mutfağından gelmenin verdiği avantajla iş ihtiyaçlarını teknik detaylara dökebiliyor, analizden canlıya geçişe kadar yazılım ekipleriyle aynı dili konuşarak süreçleri koordine edebiliyorum. İş & Sistem Analizi alanında kendimi geliştirmeye ve değer üretmeye devam ediyorum.

Günlük süreçlerimde öne çıkanlar

• İş birimlerinden gelen talepleri analiz edip dokümante etmek; bu süreçleri SDLC (Yazılım Geliştirme Yaşam Döngüsü) prensiplerine uygun olarak planlama, analiz, tasarım, test ve canlıya geçiş aşamalarında yürütmek,
• Web, mobil ve iştirak uygulamalarının kullandığı API süreçlerini yönetmek; Postman, Swagger ve SoapUI gibi araçlarla testlerini gerçekleştirmek,
• Web servislerin prod/non-prod ortamlardaki performanslarını izlemek ve analiz etmek,
• Oracle üzerinde PL/SQL sorguları yazarak veri analizleri ve raporlamalar yapmak,
• Web servis deployment süreçlerini yönetmek ve entegrasyon sonrası kontrolleri sağlamak.

System Analyst at HDI Fibaemeklilik & Sigorta (2025-01 – Present)

• Collecting and analyzing business requirements, preparing documentation, and coordinating UAT processes with business units and software houses.
• Performing API testing with SoapUI and Postman, ensuring quality of services provided to subsidiaries, and supporting new API developments.
• Acting as the main liaison with subsidiaries: troubleshooting integration issues, maintaining APIs, and providing ongoing support.

• Backend development for e-commerce operations in admin and customer panels.
• Integration of APIs for managing dealers and brands in both admin and customer panels.
• Development of features like product and business approval, and showcasing products for e-commerce projects.

Backend Developer at PIXSelect Technology (2023-09 – 2024-10)

• Worked as a Back-end Developer in the AIVisionTrainer Project from Scratch. Created backend system for image processing, data labeling and ai systems.
• I was working on real-time camera operations in the SVMS(Screen video management system) team, focusing on data exchange and data storage, working with jobs, mail and report activities, and writing new APIS.
• I resolved bugs on the backend side of the Identity verification and QR project while implementing new improvements.
• Modified real time stream data by using NodeJS Rest - API protocol.
