I have been actively involved in the online casino and betting industry from a young age. By working directly with users on platforms serving the Turkish market, I gained firsthand experience and deep insight into the field. Through one-on-one interactions, I was able to closely observe the needs, expectations, and behaviors of B2C users.
Later on, I shifted roles and started working as a content creator (streamer), collaborating with brands to manage promotional campaigns and gained a strong understanding of digital campaign dynamics. Today, I am pursuing an education in Public Relations to transform my user-centric approach into expertise in corporate communication and brand management. After gaining experience in live support, began working as a content creator on platforms such as YouTube and Twitch, focusing on promoting online slot games. Streamed gameplay sessions and collaborated with brands to introduce campaigns, bonuses, and new games to the audience.
