Psychology graduate from Yaşar University with experience in psychological research, clinical settings, and Human Resources. During my studies, I participated in research projects within the university psychology laboratory and gained practical experience through a clinical internship. Alongside my academic journey, I worked in various part-time roles and volunteered at a special needs camp in the United States, where I developed strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and time management skills.

Currently working in Human Resources, I contribute to recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives while applying my understanding of human behavior in a business environment.
