I'm a Gazi University Industrial Product Design graduate, and that foundation in physical product development and ergonomics is where my user-centred design thinking first took shape. Over the past 5+ years, I've built on it across UX research, product, and interaction design, leading end-to-end research and discovery processes. I specialize in planning, scoping, and conducting both qualitative and quantitative research—including user interviews, usability testing, exploratory surveys, card sorting, heuristic evaluation, and benchmark analysis.

I translate complex user and business requirements into actionable insights, clear affinity maps, user flows, information architecture, and wireframes in Figma and FigJam. With a strong focus on data analysis, behavioral tracking (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity), and performance metrics (CVR, task success rate), I actively formulate hypotheses to inform A/B testing and evidence-based design decisions. UI/UX Designer (Digital Financial Services) at Allianz Turkiye (via Ting) (2023-08 – 2025-11)

Core product designer for the Allianz App and Web platform, a large-scale digital financial product serving millions of customers across insurance payments, money management, policy self-service, and digital channels. Owned the end-to-end design process with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and Marketing in an Agile environment.

• End-to-End UX and Product Design: Led the full design lifecycle for mobile and web, from user research and journey mapping through wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and developer hand-off, with a strong ownership mindset.
• User Research and Usability Testing: Ran user interviews and usability tests and analyzed behavior with heatmaps and session tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity); built personas and user journeys to ground decisions in real user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Partnered with product analysts on post-release performance reviews (CVR, task success rate) to iterate on solutions that address user needs and business objectives.
