I have a solid and keen passion for the hospitality industry with established management experience in luxury hotels and the luxury cruise line market. Crystal Cruises is the world's most refined luxury cruise ship, with Crystal's exceptional service, space, quality and countless options. I have worked on all Crystal Ships and my service is appreciated by prominent Crystal guests. I worked closely with the executive chef on improving the penthouse afternoon canape menu, breakfast menu, and in-suite dining menu. I made important contributions as the opening and renovation team of two Crystal Ships.

• Ensuring all penthouse guests to have wonderful Crystal memories and by providing the best possible service
• Preparing the work schedule for all butlers
• Managing the inventory and budget of the penthouse
• Leading, developing and training the Butlers team and prepare Crystal Butler SOPs and guidelines
