I have been in the Customer Services industry for over twenty years. My career began as Call Center Representative for a prestigious retail company in Los Angeles. Upon receiving my Bachelors Degree in Communications, I relocated to the Bay Area and joined a Professional Employer Organization (PEO.) I created, developed and managed their Human Resources Call Center for four years. In 2011, I received my Real Estate license and became member of the National Association of Realtors.
