岗位职责：
- 負責生產現場巡檢，監控制程品質狀況，確保產品符合品質要求。
- 按檢驗標準完成首件檢驗、過程檢驗及異常產品判定。
- 及時發現並回饋生產過程中的品質異常，跟進問題改善結果。
- 對不合格品進行標識、隔離和記錄，防止不良品流入下一工序。
- 維護檢驗記錄和質量數據，協助品質分析及改善工作。
岗位要求：
- 3年以上製造業IPQC或現場品質管理經驗。
- 熟悉生產流程和基本品質檢驗方法，能看懂圖紙者優先。
- 工作認真負責，具有良好的溝通協調能力和執行力。
