具體工作內容 部署 inference 服務： 在 GPU cluster 上架設和調校 LLM serving（主要用 vLLM、Ray Serve 等框架），從單卡到多節點都要能搞定。 跑通 post-training pipeline： 協助客戶建立 RLHF、SFT、RFT 等 fine-tuning 流程，確保從資料進來到模型產出的每一步都能自動化運作。 效能調校： 分析 latency、throughput、GPU utilization，找到瓶頸並解決。有時候是 batch size 沒調好，有時候是 NCCL 通訊卡住，每次都不一樣。 端到端 debug： 問題可能出在 GPU
