Max Labunskiy

Hi, I'm Maksym, and I have been working in the IT industry for more than 14 years. I have been a part of senior management teams for global companies with a diverse range of brands across different countries and regions, which has given me great perspective on how technology can be leveraged to drive organizational success.

I seek opportunities that combine strategic thinking, forecasting, and provide recommendations in digital transformation to achieve the new higher goals and results.

In my last role

•I developed a comprehensive plan for upgrading the global infrastructure, synchronizing DC with a 5-year, $10M per annum CAPEX plan

•Reduced monthly OPEX expenses by 10% through successful supplier contract renegotiations, demonstrating financial acumen and helped to free extra resources for R&D

•I also reduced the attrition rate of the department in the first year of leadership through innovative team communication and valuing business contributions
