B2B/B2C Sales Leader
Seattle - Washington
Above everything else in my DNA, I’m a sales leader and a builder of sales teams at heart! My passion for sales and leadership has led my career growth and success for nearly two decades. I’m obsessed with solving problems for customers and eager to take sales teams to the next level. My ultimate goal is to create highly effective and efficient sales teams driving sales growth and customer success. One thing’s for sure, sales success and growth don’t happen by chance. It takes effective planning, laser-focused execution, careful evaluation and continuous improvement to achieve desired sales goals and profitable growth. In my experience, a high-performing sales organization combines and aligns strategy, people, process, technology, structure and measurement to deliver consistent sales growth each year. Besides holding a BBA degree and an MBA degree in international business/marketing management, I’ve gained a significant experience in sales/marketing and business operations roles within B2B/B2C environments while working for small to multinational companies within the software, Internet, telecommunications and CPG/FMCG industries. Over the years, I’ve been responsible for starting up, scaling up, expanding and turning around sales organizations with small to large inside/outside sales teams, and with customers across markets and channels, including globally. Along the way, I’ve acquired some valued core competencies in consumer/SMB/SME/enterprise sales, sales strategy, sales management, sales operations, sales enablement, business development, account management and team building/leadership. I’m well-versed in using various office suites, sales/marketing automation tools, CRM/ERP/CMS software and analytics platforms. Always keen on learning, I’ve completed many professional certifications to sharpen my skills in inbound/outbound sales, digital marketing, revenue operations and sales/marketing analytics. Thankful for my exposure to different cultures around the world, being trilingual (English, French and Spanish) has come handy while working in foreign markets. Helping build a successful sales organization is challenging and its path to sales growth is paved with setbacks—yet, the rewards make the hard work and dedication so worth it! Some of my key contributions and accolades include creating $34M+ in ARR in 2 years, growing new customer acquisition by 179%+, achieving customer retention rates of 98%+, driving CSAT/NPS scores of 97%+ and receiving numerous prestigious awards. I’m open to new opportunities. Please feel free to reach out to me.
