Java Developers to have strong, hands-on experience (often 5 years) in Java 17 , Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS).

Key requirements include proficiency in Kafka, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines within Agile environments. They focus on high-performance backend development, system design, and analytical skills for roles frequently based in NY, NJ, and IL

Core Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java 17 , Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Data), and multithreading.

Architecture &

• Cloud: Strong experience designing Microservices, distributed systems, and developing on AWS (Lambda, S3, Glue).

Databases &

• Streaming: Strong knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, and event-driven architectures using Kafka.

DevOps &

• Tools: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Git, and Maven.

Experience Level: Typically 5 years for experienced roles, with Senior/Lead roles requiring 10-12 years.
