Need Adobe AEM forms developer with Javascript, XML,CSS, OSGI framework experience. Job location - Columbia,sc. Full onsite initially for 6 months and then 3 days on site and 2 days remote. Only- GC, EAD, USC & H4-EAD. Rate - $50-60/hr 1099/Contract

• *About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms Developer to design, build, and maintain dynamic, responsive digital forms and applications. This role combines front-end development (JavaScript, CSS,XML) with deep knowledge of the AEM platform and OSGi framework to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.

You’ll collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and business stakeholders to create modern, automated, and integrated digital form experiences across web and mobile platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain AEM Adaptive Forms and related components.
• Implement and extend AEM OSGi services, servlets, and workflows for form automation.
• Integrate AEM Forms with backend systems (REST/SOAP APIs, databases, or third-party services).
• Apply strong JavaScript, XML,SQL and front-end development practices for responsive, accessible forms.
• Configure templates, components, and client libraries using AEM’s core framework.
• Troubleshoot and resolve form rendering, submission, and workflow issues.
• Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code following Adobe and enterprise standards.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Support AEM upgrades, deployments, and environment optimization.
• *Required Skills & Qualifications
• 7-10 years of hands-on development experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proven expertise in AEM Forms, AEM Sites, and related modules.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML5,XML, and modern UI frameworks.
• Deep understanding of OSGi framework, Sling models, and AEM component development.
• Experience with AEM 6.5+, CRX repository, AEM Dispatcher, and workflow configuration.
• Knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP) and JSON data bindings.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deliver high-quality, performant solutions.
• *Preferred Skills
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) – AEM Forms Developer or Sites Developer.
• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
• Knowledge of Java, Apache Felix, Sling, or JCR.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Sign, or Experience Cloud integrations**.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
