Agentic AI Software Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- We are looking for a senior software engineer with 7 to 10 years of hands-on development experience, primarily in C# and .NET.

• We require at least 5 years of experience working with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• We require 3 to 5 years of experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
• We strongly prefer direct experience with AI-assisted or spec-driven development tools such as Kiro or comparable platforms.
• We require proven experience reviewing and validating AI-generated code.
• We value experience with modern front-end frameworks, especially React.
• We expect a strong background in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and quality assurance.
• We need demonstrated ability to lead architecture discussions and mentor engineering teams.
• We prefer candidates with a masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline, though relevant experience can replace formal education.
• We prefer familiarity with Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• We require experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• We prefer a strong understanding of data pipelines, model deployment, and performance monitoring.
• We require excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• We expect annual completion of secure software development training, including AI-specific secure coding and validation practices.
• We consider AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, Microsoft, AWS, or security certifications an advantage.

Responsibilities:

- We translate business needs into clear, testable specifications that support AI-assisted development.

• We oversee software generation workflows using agentic AI tools and ensure they align with our architecture.
• We review AI-generated code carefully for correctness, security, and long-term maintainability.
• We validate outputs against specifications through strong testing and verification practices.
• We create and refine prompts, constraints, and workflow patterns to improve AI-driven development outcomes.
• We support scalable system architecture and help modernize legacy environments.
• We identify and reduce risks in AI-generated code while promoting secure development practices.
• We contribute to CI/CD pipelines by adding validation steps and quality controls for generated code.
• We mentor team members and provide production support for AI-assisted systems.
• We maintain specifications, workflows, and technical documentation.
• We collaborate with stakeholders to sharpen requirements and shape solution design.
