AI Algorithm Developer

For our client, we are seeking a AI Algorithm Developer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role focuses on designing and advancing analytics solutions that address customer needs and uncover new opportunities. You will partner closely with software developers and data engineers to help translate algorithms into deployable products while supporting the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics. The position also emphasizes exploratory analysis, data quality, and clear communication of insights to stakeholders.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $109,600 – $164,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics to meet customer needs and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with software developers to translate algorithms into market-ready products.
• Engage in the development and deployment of applied, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
• Conduct exploratory and targeted data analyses using descriptive statistics.
• Work with data engineers on data quality assessment and cleansing.
• Generate reports and documentation to communicate findings and project outcomes.
• Share insights and findings with team members for collaborative improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM majors required; advanced experience preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in data science for U.S. roles; advanced experience for international roles.
• Proficiency in analytic software tools or languages such as SAS, SPSS, R, or Python.
• Experience in data cleansing, quality assessment, and applied analytics on industrial datasets.
• Strong skills in data visualization and storytelling for stakeholder engagement.
