Requirements
Must have:

- We need strong written communication skills, including solid grammar and clear expression.
- We require a bachelors degree, completed or currently in progress.
- We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer.
- We can only consider applicants located in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
Responsibilities:
- We ask you to design and solve a variety of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
- We want you to write precise code examples along with thorough explanations.
- We need you to review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- We expect you to provide constructive feedback that helps improve future AI models.
- We may ask you to complete a short assessment when you sign up, which serves as our interview process.
