Location: Memphis, TN / McLean, VA / Dallas, TX (open to hybrid)

Interview/Submission Process: 1 AI interview with Collabera -> 1 virtual meeting with Collabera's account manager -> 2 virtual rounds with client Day to day: Build and enhance Android features for a? mobile app + Connected Room platform Integrate mobile applications with IoT devices (TVs, thermostats, in-room tech) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, backend, hardware engineers) Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with strong testing coverage Participate in architecture discussions and help drive technical decisions Must haves: 7-10+ years of Android development experience (hands-on, production-level apps) Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8/11) and Android SDK Experience building modern apps using Android Jetpack Background working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) ideally in an enterprise environment Experience with testing practices (TDD, Cucumber or similar, mocking frameworks) Plusses: Experience with IoT integrations or WebSocket-based communication Exposure to Android Leanback (TV) development Experience building Java microservices (Spring Boot) Prior work on connected devices, smart home, or hospitality tech Experience working on large-scale, consumer-facing applications Salary and Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $50 - $55 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits:
