Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 3–5 years of professional application development experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience developing enterprise applications using C#/.NET and Angular.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure-based applications or cloud modernization projects.
- Familiarity with Azure SQL, Azure Function Apps, or similar Azure services is highly desirable.
- Experience modernizing or replacing legacy enterprise applications.
- Understanding of legacy application architecture, dependencies, integration points, and migration considerations.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise or public-sector technology modernization projects is a plus.
