Application Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- We require a bachelors degree, preferably in a relevant field.

• We require 7+ years of application development experience.
• We require strong English language proficiency.
• We prefer candidates who are based in Reno, NV or nearby.
• We need experience working with secure, mobile-friendly reservation platforms, React Native, ASP.NET Core APIs, Azure SQL, and Azure-based infrastructure.
• We value familiarity with FedRAMP-aligned security, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, audit logging, reporting dashboards, and CI/CD practices.
• We look for experience with Power Automate, SharePoint integration, form workflows, and data parsing across Excel, CSV, and Word-based templates.

Responsibilities:

- We will have you design and build a secure reservation system for a shared car fleet, including GPS trip tracking, photo-based pickup and return, authentication, audit logging, and admin tools.

• We will expect you to develop a React Native mobile application, a web application for reservations and administration, and ASP.NET Core APIs.
• We will have you create database schemas, reporting dashboards, CSV export capabilities, infrastructure support, monitoring, documentation, and stabilization activities.
• We will have you enhance our Employee Account Management module with improved grid sorting and filtering, reporting, transfer logic updates, notification automation, and administrative master data tools.
• We will expect you to extend our intake and referrals automation with Power Automate flows, custom forms, SharePoint permissions, parsing services, and referral inbox functionality.
• We will have you implement UI, backend, and workflow improvements across multiple project areas based on stakeholder priorities and dependencies.

Company:

We are offering a remote contracting opportunity with occasional on-site meetings in Reno, and local candidates are preferred. This is a 1099 contract role at $100 per hour, running from mid-July 2026 through November 2026. You will support three high-priority initiatives spanning fleet reservation technology, employee account management enhancements, and intake/referrals automation. Our work environment involves hybrid coordination in Reno, Azure Government infrastructure, and delivery across product, workflow, and reporting systems.
