We’re looking for a hands-on Application Developer to join a growing technology team in the Austin area. This role is focused on custom ERP development, API integrations, workflow automation, and business application solutions using modern cloud and low-code platforms.
You’ll work on Python development, PL/SQL for ERP systems, REST APIs, and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps & Power Automate) to build scalable solutions that streamline business processes.
What You’ll Do
Develop custom ERP applications and database-driven workflows using Python and PL/SQL Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations between ERP, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms Design and develop Power Platform solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate) for automation and workflow improvements Create user-friendly interfaces and workflows that enhance usability and productivity Troubleshoot and optimize performance across ERP and integrated systems Participate in testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on experience with Python development ERP system development experience Strong PL/SQL and SQL/database skills Experience with REST APIs and system integrations Hands-on experience with PowerApps and Power Automate Ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise application and ERP environments Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth2, SSO, SAML) Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise application architectures Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Prior experience in ERP integration projects Experience
5+ years of application development experience Proven ability to build custom ERP solutions, integrations, and automation workflows Experience supporting enterprise systems in production environments #TECHIND
