Associate Software Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- We require a bachelors degree and a recent STEM degree, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or 12+ months of professional experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, or aviation.

• We require authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• We require a willingness to relocate anywhere within the continental United States.
• We require at least 6 months of programming exposure through academic study, personal or classroom projects, or professional experience.
• We consider experience with one or more programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, C, C#, C++, JavaScript, R, SQL, MATLAB, Mathematica, TypeScript, Shell scripting, Go, or Kotlin.
• We value strong problem-solving ability, sound logic and reasoning, and clear written and verbal communication.
• We look for a collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a genuine eagerness to learn software development.
• We prefer candidates who are comfortable working directly as our employees.

Responsibilities:

- We will have you complete a 3-4 month paid, immersive training program to develop the technical skills needed for software engineering.

• We will train you in modern tools and technologies including Java, IntelliJ, MySQL, Spring, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, and React.
• We will provide mentorship and practical instruction from senior engineers in a hands-on learning environment.
• We will place you, after training, into a consulting role for up to two years on a variety of client project engagements.
• We will support your transition from training into real-world software delivery work with enterprise clients.
• We will expect you to participate actively, learn quickly, and contribute as a consultant across different assignments.

We offer paid training at $600 per week, $2,500 in relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, health savings account access, 401(k), paid time off, sick pay where applicable, commuter benefits in select locations, and a fun, flexible team environment. This is a full-time opportunity with an annual pay range of $50,000 to $60,000, and it requires relocation anywhere in the continental United States.
