Top 3 Skills/Must Haves:

• Experience: 8+ years as a Backend engineer.
• Backend Engineering: Strong proficiency in Java & Spring Cloud, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture and Kafka streaming.
• AI Tools: Regular use of AI-enhanced development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, WindSurf).
