This role is instrumental in building and enhancing our platform to ensure we consistently deliver high value to our users and business partners.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend software in collaboration with fellow engineers.
Participate in system design and architectural discussions.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex platform-wide issues.
Work cross-functionally with customer success, support, and business stakeholders to achieve company goals.
Introduce new technologies, tools, or frameworks when beneficial.
5+ years developing high‑performance distributed systems with strong coding standards and engineering practices.
Expert in Python with deep computer science fundamentals. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) required. Knowledge of Java is a plus.
Proven problem‑solving skills and the ability to propose solutions-not just surface issues.
Able to lead projects end‑to‑end with autonomy and accountability.
Strong commitment to clear, thorough documentation.
Work directly with teammates and partners to build and deploy secure, production‑ready code.
Champion a culture of engineering quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Advocate for clean, maintainable code and thoughtful management of technical debt.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders across teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
