Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Backend Java Developer to lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices architectures focused on improving system performance, reliability, and maintainability.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Microservices, REST Web Services, Kafka, Oracle, and PL/SQL, along with experience in financial services domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices architectures.

• Design, develop, and deploy RESTful web services for application integration.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Integrate Kafka for data streaming and real-time processing.

• Utilize Oracle and PL/SQL for database management, data integrity, and performance optimization.

• Develop applications using Spring Boot and Spring Core.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to backend applications and integrations.

• Design robust and scalable backend solutions using modern Java technologies.

• Required Skills

• 8–15 years of experience in software development.

• Strong expertise in Core Java.

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Core.

• Strong experience with Microservices Architecture.

• Extensive experience with REST Web Services / REST APIs.

• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.

• Strong experience with Oracle and PL/SQL.

• Experience designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.

• Experience with code reviews, technical design, and development best practices.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
