Experience 6 years overall software development experience primarily working with largescale data volumes from ingestion persistence and retrieval
Significant handson experience in developing and optimizing solutions using Apache Spark With Scala
Deep understanding of big data technologies including Hadoop Spark Kafka Flink and NoSQL databases
Expert proficiency in programming with Java or Scala specifically for Apache Spark development
Proven experience with Apache Spark including PySpark knowledge is a plus
Familiarity with other big data technologies like Hadoop Kafka and Flink
Experience with various NoSQL databases
Strong problem solving skills with a knack for innovative solutions
Experience with build tools eg Maven SBT Gradle and version control Git
Experience with data modeling and ETLELT processes
Experience in moving ETL frameworks from proprietary ETL technologies like Abinitio to Apache Spark
Familiarity with machine learning and data analytics tools
Knowledge of core bankingfinancial services systems
Excellent problemsolving analytical and debugging skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
