Core Java Developer with React and Python:- ( Banking/ Finance)

Location - NY (onsite 3 days a week)

Required Skills

• Over 10 years of solid hands-on experience using React, Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Microservice architecture
• Hands on experience in Python is required.
• AI SDLC - Spec Driven Design AI development experience, Design/development reimagine workflows using Agentic orchestration.
• Hands on experience with MS SQL/RDBMS or NoSQL MongoDB including complex SQL, Stored Proc and performance tuning.
• Modernization of legacy application to Modern platform is plus. Understanding existing application integration and build modern tech stack is plus
• Good problem-solving skills, Analytical, Self Driven, Passion for innovation.
• Good communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, across all stakeholder groups and with staff from junior to senior levels

Desired skills

• Good understanding of financial markets , various capital market assets class with focus on Equity,
• Banking or Financial industry project experience.
• Experience with Co-pilot and Spec Driven Development, AI proficiency , Agentic orchestration of business process.
