JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions across cloud and on-premise environments.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud platforms, SQL, ETL frameworks, Python, Spark, Informatica, DevOps practices, and Data Governance frameworks.

This role requires strong architectural vision, hands-on technical leadership, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust, scalable data systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures.

Build and maintain cloud-based data platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).

Architect and optimize data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse solutions.

Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica, Spark, Python, and SQL.

Ensure high data quality, reliability, and performance across systems.

Define and enforce Data Governance policies, standards, and best practices.

Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines for data workflows.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and leadership.

Lead performance tuning and optimization initiatives.

Provide technical mentorship to engineering teams.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance data capabilities.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Data Engineering/Data Architecture.

Strong experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

Advanced proficiency in SQL and database architecture (RDBMS, NoSQL).

Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica preferred).

Strong programming skills in Python and Spark (PySpark preferred).

Experience designing large-scale distributed data systems.

Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD.

Experience implementing Data Governance frameworks.

Strong knowledge of data modeling (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
