Database Infrastructure Engineer (SQL, NoSQL)

Requirements

Must have:

- Minimum 7 years of overall IT experience - At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible - 6+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines (such as Jenkins, XLR, Horizon, or similar) - Experience managing enterprise-scale database environments - Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting is a significant advantage

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions utilizing Terraform and Ansible playbooks - Build and deploy Oracle Database solutions on DBaaS Exadata platforms - Take ownership of the complete design and execution of Oracle infrastructure using Terraform - Automate the provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes for database infrastructure - Integrate infrastructure deployments with CI/CD pipelines - Collaborate with DevOps, database, and application teams to facilitate easy and scalable deployments - Identify and resolve issues while optimizing database infrastructure performance and availability - Ensure adherence to security, governance, and operational best practices
