Databricks Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- Proficiency in Databricks, Spark, Scala, and Azure Data Factory - Experience in developing efficient data pipelines - Strong understanding of data governance and quality assurance - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of emerging trends in data processing technologies - Experience in documentation of data workflows and configurations - Skills in troubleshooting data pipeline issues - Ability to mentor and guide junior team members

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement high-performing ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion and transformation - Monitor and resolve issues related to data pipelines to maintain data flow integrity - Analyze and suggest enhancements to existing data architectures for improved performance - Document configurations and technical specifications of data workflows - Promote best practices in data governance, security, and compliance - Mentor junior employees to foster professional growth and development
