Job Description

Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

Responsibilities:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM PRO module.

Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.

Experience in ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in asset management processes and ITSM/ITAM frameworks is highly desirable.

Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HAM PRO solutions to support enterprise hardware asset management.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices for asset management.
