Our team is looking for a Digital Learning Developer to join us in creating custom content for our broad range of clients in the retail, healthcare and not-for-profit industries, amongst others. Your primary responsibility is to create dynamic, interactive learning solutions with visual appeal that increase both learner engagement and lesson effectiveness.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized and eager to share thoughts and ideas to help drive our company forward. You will work in close collaboration with Account Managers and clients to fully understand and implement project needs and goals. Your teammates will include Project Managers, Writers, Artists and other Digital Learning Developers.

• *Your Responsibilities Include:
• Creating electronic-based training and other learning aids and tools
• Delivering results that are on time and within budget
• Demonstrating strong organizational, communication and relationship building skills
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Maintaining awareness of new developments in training and instructional design
• Working on-premise within a team-oriented environment

• Articulate Storyline
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Web Design (HTML / JavaScript / CSS)
• Visual Design (UI/UX)
• Microsoft Office
• Adobe Captivate
• Writing or Instructional Design experience is a plus

At this time, we are looking for someone who can reliably commute to our office in Aurora, Illinois. We are also unable to sponsor H1-B Visa's at this time and are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
