Core Technical Skills

• C#
• .NET Framework / .NET Core
• Visual Basic
• WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) – XAML, data binding, MVVM pattern, custom controls
• WinForms – Legacy UI maintenance and modernization
• MVVM / MVC design patterns – Clean separation of concerns in UI architecture
• Multithreading & async programming – Task-based async, UI thread management

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision while partnering effectively with business, technology, and delivery teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to translate technical, functional, and control concepts for mixed stakeholder audiences.
• Knowledge and experience in Agile delivery methods, iterative testing, disciplined documentation, and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience designing or implementing enterprise applications, cloud services, integrations, data solutions, automation, or ERP-related platform capabilities.
• Strong practical ability to translate business responsibilities into maintainable job roles, data roles, privilege structures, access request catalogs, and SoD remediation evidence.
• Experience with identity lifecycle processes, cloud security, auditing/reporting, automation-minded access validation, and release regression practices is strongly preferred.

Preferred

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Kiro, Copilot, or equivalent)
