Responsibilities:
- We design, develop, maintain, and enhance websites and digital platforms built on the latest Drupal versions.
We build custom modules, themes, and system integrations following Drupal best practices.
We create and manage content structures, views, taxonomies, blocks, and menus.
We maintain code quality through version control, peer review, and adherence to coding standards such as Drupal guidelines, PSR-4, and Composer-based workflows.
We apply regular updates, security fixes, and module upgrades.
We investigate and resolve site defects, performance issues, and compatibility challenges.
We optimize websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
We document configurations, custom code, and deployment procedures.
We develop and support integrations with external systems including REST, APIs, GraphQL, SSO, CRM, and payment solutions.
We work with cloud hosting environments to deploy and manage Drupal applications.
We implement CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployments.
We collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and modern interfaces.
We partner with content editors to improve editorial workflows, permissions, and publishing experiences.
We participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
We provide technical recommendations and guidance to stakeholders and leadership.

We are hiring a Drupal Developer for a long-term contract based in Washington, DC with a hybrid schedule that requires onsite presence three days per week and in-person interviews.
