Once you advance and join our team as a full-fledged software engineer, you will receive a pay increase and additional responsibilities, including application architecture, development, team collaboration, and involvement in the QA process.
Skills required are

- SQL and database experience
- Understanding of data structures and object-oriented programming principles
- Ability to analyze and optimize algorithms for performance
- Debugging skills to identify the root cause of problems and creatively solve them
A freak accident that involved you licking a radioactive ice cream cone caused a dramatic change in your genetic make-up, allowing you to focus your efforts towards perfecting clear communication with one type of animal. You have the choice of being able to speak fluently with all fish, all insects, all reptiles, or all birds. Which animal type would you choose to communicate with, why, and how would you use your new-found abilities for either ultimate good or ultimate not-so-good?
We will review only the resumes of those who answer this question.
We foster a casual, fun, collaborative environment. Education and experience are less important than your ability to code, debug, and invent unique solutions. Tecture offers health and dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a match.
If this is up your alley, please apply with your resume and code samples or relevant course work. We look forward to meeting you.
Full-time, on-site only.
